INSPECTORS - (Days & Nights) - Advance Mfg. Co. has immediate openings for day/night shift inspectors. Qualified candidates should be familiar with programming/operation of Brown and Sharpe manual and CNC-CMM's. Minimum 5 years experience with first piece layout and final inspection of aircraft quality parts
ESTIMATOR - (Full Time) Machine/Job Shop. opening for individuals with minimum of 5 yrs experience with 3, 4 and 5-axis machining of precision components.
CNC JIG/MILL - (Nights) To perform Critical & Complex operations on High precision, Non production Aircraft/Prototype parts.
CNC PROGRAMMER - (Days & Night)
OVERVIEW:
By using prints and models, program requested parts using the latest Mastercam software producing CNC code to fabricate a variety of parts in a non-production environment. The CNC programmer is responsible to work in a safe manner eliminating waste and delivering a quality product on time. The CNC programmer must be able work well with others. The CNC programmer must also perform tasks within customers' standards of quality.
JOB DUTIES:
Essential duties:
1. Perform work as assigned utilizing and creating route sheets.
2. Program using latest Mastercam software for both horizontal and vertical CNC milling centers.
3. Design and detail typical CNC and manual machining fixtures using latest AutoDesk Inventor software.
4. Read and use blue prints.
5. Assist other machinists in decreasing cycle-times and increasing tool-life.
6. Keep own and adjacent work area clean.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years experience Mastercam programming and 18 months min experience as a CNC machinist.
3. Must understand basic G-code.
4. Read, write and understand the English language.
5. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
6. AutoDesk inventor experience a plus.
7. AutoCAD experience a plus.
